Returns:

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@nepermusica.pt if you wish to return your item. We will help you complete your request as quickly as possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1. Items with obvious signs of use
2. CD or vinyl record that has been opened.
3. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
4. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or via your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:

To return your product, you must send it by post to the original address.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product to reach you may vary.

If it is in your best interest you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to modify and change these terms and conditions at any time. By visiting our site, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.
